There are 3 bedrooms: a suite with a King-size bed and sea view, and two rooms with a Queen-size bed and a bunk bed. All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and convenience.
The living room is spacious and inviting, with a 50” TV, sofa, and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, thermal bottle, and blender.
The apartment also provides a hairdryer and a complete set of linens (towels and bed sheets), offering extra convenience for your stay. It’s the perfect space to enjoy light, comfortable, and unforgettable days on the coast.
For your comfort, the space offers wi-fi, split air conditioning in each room, an LED TV in the living room, as well as a wardrobe and a bed and bath linen set prepared with care for your stay. (Please note that towels for beach use are not provided.) As an added benefit, you have access to the rooftop leisure area with adult and children's pools overlooking the sea, as well as a barbecue area located at another unit on the same street, ideal for relaxing and socializing. You can also enjoy the convenience of a partner laundry service. If you are traveling with your pet, they will be very welcome here. To help you make the most of the city, we offer bikes and helmets for your outings—a great way to explore the surroundings at your own pace.

Loud noise on the balcony is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Hanging clothes on the balcony is not allowed.
° CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY
Reservations are only confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount.
Payment must be made via bank transfer or Pix.
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in via bank transfer, Pix, cash, debit, or credit card.
Please note that holiday packages (such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and others) must be fully paid 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellation within 48 hours after booking: full refund.
Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancellation up to 10 days before check-in: 60% refund.
Up to 5 days before check-in: no refund, but the guest may opt for a credit voucher of 70% of the reservation value, which can only be used subject to availability (except for holiday packages such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and others).
Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in will not be converted into accommodation credit.
IMPORTANT: Holiday packages (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and others) are not eligible for credit vouchers.
° DATE CHANGE POLICY
All date change requests are subject to availability.
No fee will be charged for requests made within 48 hours after booking.
A fee of 30% of the reservation value will be charged for rescheduling requested up to 15 days before check-in.
A fee of 50% of the reservation value will be charged for rescheduling requested up to 10 days before check-in.
° PET POLICY
A fee will be charged per pet per stay.
It is mandatory to request pet inclusion at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for bringing all necessary pet items, such as water and food bowls, leash, bed, food, and hygiene supplies.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.
Pets that bark excessively or show aggressive behavior may be required to leave the apart-hotel.
Guests are responsible for cleaning any mess caused by their pet in both indoor and outdoor areas.
We recommend not leaving your pet alone for long periods. If necessary, please inform the front desk.
For the pet’s safety, we recommend carrying it in your arms in the elevator area to avoid possible accidents.
In case of any incident, such as damage or injury, please inform the front desk immediately.
This document represents the guest’s agreement and acceptance of the rules when bringing a pet to the accommodation.
