We offer lofts with different decoration styles, all featuring the same comfort, layout, and high-quality electronic equipment. The differences are only in design details and colors, giving each unit a unique charm. All lofts are 30.90m² and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The Loft was designed so you feel at home from the very first moment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, a 375-liter fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, thermal bottle, blender, and all the utensils you need for your daily routine. For your comfort, the space offers Wi-Fi, split air conditioning, an LED TV in the living room, as well as a wardrobe and a carefully prepared set of bed and bath linens for your stay. (Please note we do not provide towels for beach use.) Within the property, you can also enjoy the convenience of a partnered laundry service. To help you get the most out of the city, we offer bicycles and helmets for your rides—a great way to explore the area at your own pace.

The tree-lined waterfront with a boardwalk and bike path is perfect for walks and outings, and offers easy access to Tenório Beach, Praia Grande, Vermelha do Centro, Perequê-Açú, Barra Seca, as well as the northern and southern beaches of the city.

- Cancellation and Date Change Policy
Reservations are only confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount.
Payment must be made via bank transfer or Pix.
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in via bank transfer, Pix, cash, debit, or credit card.
We emphasize that for holiday packages (such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and others), full payment must be completed 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 48 hours after booking: full refund.
Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancellation up to 10 days before check-in: 60% refund.
Up to 5 days before check-in: no refund, but the guest may opt for a 70% credit voucher, subject to availability (not applicable for holiday packages).
Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in: no refund or credit.
Important: Holiday packages (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, etc.) are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
- Date Change Policy
All date change requests are subject to availability.
No fee for requests made within 48 hours of booking.
A 30% fee applies for changes requested up to 15 days before check-in.
A 50% fee applies for changes requested up to 10 days before check-in.
- Pet Policy
A fee per pet per stay will be charged.
Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for bringing all necessary items for their pet, including food, bowls, leash, bed, and hygiene supplies.

Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.
Pets that bark excessively or show aggressive behavior may be asked to leave the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning any mess and covering any damages caused by their pet.

Do not leave pets alone for extended periods.
For safety, especially in elevator areas, we recommend carrying your pet.
In case of any incident (damage or injury), please inform reception immediately.
